The producer price index increased by 2.4 percent from the same period of the previous year, mainly due to the 8.4 percent increase in the producer price of the catering service company of the province.
The revenue of the catering industry reached 258 billion MNT in the first quarter of 2023, an increase of 59.2 (29.8%) billion MNT from the same period last year, mainly due to the increase of 47.2 (37.3%) billion MNT in restaurant revenue from the same period last year.

The producer price index of the catering sector reached 121.2 in June this year, and the producer price increased by 2.4 percent year-on-year, but remained unchanged from the previous month.
